- Service Purpose
Through this platform, the user can contract advisory and labor management services related to the household employees regime.
- Contracting Mode
The user can contract:
- Monthly Subscription: full access to all services for €24.99/month, with no commitment.
- One-Time Services: individual contracting of procedures (registrations, deregistrations, contracts, dismissals, etc.), at prices defined in the PRICING section.
- Duration and Cancellation
- The monthly subscription will automatically renew each month until the user requests cancellation.
- The user can cancel the subscription at any time, without penalty, from their private area or by sending an email to: info@empleadosdehogar.es.
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the already paid period.
- User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Provide truthful and updated information
- Use the service in accordance with current legislation
- Do not share their access credentials with third parties
- Limitation of Liability
EMPLEADOSDEHOGAR.ES is not responsible for:
- Errors in the information provided by the user
- Regulatory non-compliance resulting from the user’s failure to communicate
- Temporary system failures due to external technical causes
- Data Protection
The user’s personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.
- Intellectual Property

- Legislation and Jurisdiction
